Cherry Protien Pop ’ems

Cashew nut snack, roasted and salted

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

2 tbs wheat germ

1 tbs  millet

1 tbs chia seeds

1/2 cup dried unsweetened cherries

1/4 cup protein powder

1/4 cup cashew pieces ( unsalted)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup natural cashew butter

1 tsp real vanilla

1 egg white

Directions:

Mix all the dry ingredients, set aside, mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl, blend together.  Coat a cookie sheet with a clean spray ( olive oil) make 15 little mounds from dough, bake at 325 for about 12 to 15 minutes of until golden brown and crunchy.
