Burn circuit 3 is now complete, 2 more work outs to complete the month. Last night I was checking out to see how many people where blogging about this program, I was surprised, there at literally hundreds of people telling their success stories. I was impressed, I think it is great that people are sharing their experiences and of all the blogs I read, not one of them was disappointed with their results. That is impressive!
There was couple of exercises that Chalean calls “extreme” what it is you take a light weight and lift is above your head as slowly as you possible can, and then lower it as slowly as you possibly can..killer! The next extreme exercise is pick a heavy weight, this time you are going to lower it as slowly as possible and raise as slowly as possible….brutal and they are both awesome!!! Makes me want to go and do some right now 🙂
Like I said the other day, it is time to switch up daily foods as much as possible
breakfast: 1 piece whole wheat toast, dry, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white scramble, with 1 green onion, in the pan heat 2 slices Canadian bacon (not pork bacon) pile high and enjoy
snack: 1, 60 calorie whole wheat tortilla, spread 1 tbsp light mayo, slice of onion, 1 stalk of celery and 1/2 slice of turkey breast, roll it up
lunch: 5 oz cooked shrimp with seafood sauce, 1 cup greens, 5 grape tomatoes cut in halves, light ranch dressing a 4 baked tortilla chips.
snack: Post work out protein shake with 1 tsp natural peanut butter.
dinner: 3 slices zucchini, sautéed in ghee, 1 chicken breast, cooked in the same pan as the zucchini
I had some spare time today and whipped up a batch of Sweet Potato muffins these are soooo delicious, a must try!
of course the usual suspects 2 servings of slim and 2 power generation.
