More boxing, more jumping jacks, more thigh toner ~ or as I sometimes call it the cute little purple band that is nasty! This is a great work out, 49 minutes of intense cardio ending off with great stretches and then right into 10 minutes of abs burner. You know you have worked out when you finish this circuit and if you are not sweating, you’re cheating yourself and no one else. I am on my final week of the burn circuit only one more day of circuit 3 but there is still a few more other workouts to complete before the 30 days are up.
As I mentioned yesterday I am going to try to balance out the menu a lot better now that I have some free time.
Breakfast: 1/4 cup oatmeal, berries, honey, ground flax-seed, cinnamon
Snack: 1.5 oz turkey sausage, with 1 slice provolone cheese, basil pesto and three slices of zucchini, pile high and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, makes 3
Lunch: 1 can tuna in water, drained, 2 tablespoons light mayo, 1 stalk celery chopped, 1 cup of greens, 1/2 beef steak tomato, combine how you like
snack: post work out protein shake
Dinner: 1 piece home-made lasagna, 1 small piece garlic bread, 3/4 cup caesar salad with light dressing,
Today day was a birthday celebration so naturally there was a small piece of cake and scoop of ice cream for desert.
Lots of water, one energy drink, and three power generation for stamina and of course 2 servings of slim
