Yesterday was a rest day again, today was burn circuit 2, lots of heavy weights for the lower body and shoulders. I upped my weights about 2.5 pounds from last week, it is surprising how fast I am building strength. Have you decided to join me yet on this program? One of the exercises was using the evil little purple band and 10lb weight, lifting opposite leg and arm really slowly, that is the killer. the slower you go the more resistance you create, in essence you could make 10 lbs feel like 50, it does not matter where a person begins, if it is 2,5,or 10lbs. There was push ups again, I am getting a little stronger each day, I just know that I will be able to do a complete push up (as opposed to a half) before the end of this program. At the end of the day it is awesome knowing that I am building a stronger healthier me. Love it!!

dinner: hash browns, smoked free range chicken, peas
snack: Activia yogurt
