Chicken and Potato’s

Is there anything better than one pot cooking, “man cooking” as my husband jokingly says.

This recipe is loaded with flavor and aroma, sure to tantalize your taste buds and aside from the ease of this recipe the best part is minimal clean up.  Don’t forget your appetizer of Bios Life Slim to start.

2 chicken breasts, quartered, raw

4 or 5 red potatoes

12 or so baby carrots sliced length wise

1 small onion, sliced

4 garlic segments, chopped

2 oz golden Italian dressing, mixed with

2 oz basil Parmesan dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – set aside

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Add all ingredients except Parmesan cheese into oven safe dish, mix well and bake with lid on for about 30 minutes, stir, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over vegetables and chicken and bake for about 40 more minutes or until veggies are tender.

Serve with a side salad, serves 2 – 4 people, serving size approx. 450 grams

This recipe is a well balanced entrée of healthy fat, protein, and carbs.

Greetings! I am a small business owner in the community of Owen Sound in Ontario. I recently opened a tanning salon in Owen Sound and have been hearing a lot of "chatter" about indoor tanning and I want to let as many people that I can reach learn about the benefits of indoor tanning vs outdoor tanning. Education on tanning benefits as essential for the decision maker! Live, Laugh, Love Kelly
